Our soccer team has a rule, we stop scoring at 9 unless we have given up like 7 goals. That means if in the first half it's 9-0 we play possession the entire 2nd half. At the time playing possession could be a little demeaning to the other team. However the next day, there is no talk of how we scored 14 goals. 9 is plenty. In our opinion anything over that is overkill. Once we get to to about 4 or 5-0 we start getting in all our guys who don't get much playing time. We've never had a coach get upset with us for that.

good point.
Taking a knee on the goalline is demeaning at the time, but its not as bad as living with the outrageous score for the rest of your life. People forget the taking a knee part. (see Ags vs ou 2003).

It's hard to do that in basketball. He should have implemented the 3-man weave though.

I blame title IX for all of this. This school probably wouldn't even have a girls basketball team if it wasn't for title IX.

Like Wilbon said on PTI:
Who in the hell scheduled this game? they are the ones who should be fired.

He looks exactly like the guy in our office. He's from Chi-tonw too. I know I can take him.
