I have to say...
When it comes down to it, the SEC is still the greatest college football conference in the nation.

I agree, stopping OU twice inside the 6 yard line was pretty impressive. Also FLorida's defense is still pretty young, they will be scary good next year.

4 championships in 3 years in the 2 main revenue sports, that is pretty incredible. I would give my left nut for one championship in football or basketball in the next 10 years.

It was a great game. Both teams played hard.

The SEC is undefeated in BCS title games, and has won 3 in a row. Florida and L$U are the only teams in the NCAA to have won the BCS title twice.

OU looked like TCU last night-left a ton of points on the field...

No kidding, they left 9-17, 6-14 of which came in the first half. Would have been a much different game had they gone in to halftime up 10-7 or 17-7.

Stoops is really gonna hear it about not being able to win big games for a while.
Florida looked awesome last night. Those guys are good. How did Ole Miss beat them?

The reason I don't listen to Mike and Mike in the Morning:
They were debating Tebow's place among CFB elite. They said that right now he cracks the top 25 QBs ever. One of the Mikes said that Vince Young was better but if he plays another year he'll pass him b/c Vince's passing numbers were astronomical.
VY 6040 passing yards 44/28 TD/INT 62% completion rate 3127 rushing yards 37 TDs
TT 6159 passing yrds 67/11 TD/INT 67.8% 2037 rushing yards 43 TDs
Both are three years. I don't see where VY's passing numbers were ever astronomical and give me Tebow with a broken foot over VY any day. Right now I will give him the title of best college QB ever. The man is a beast.

I was confused about the same thing Stubbs, they made it sound like he still had other things to accomplish. I guess a Heisman Trophy and 2 MNC just doesn't stack up to the greatness of VY.

Yeah, I'm going through my head of great college QBs and he's better than who I can think of.
Wuerfell (sp?) Charlie Ward Ty Detmer Gino Torretta Sammy Baugh Davey O Roger Michael Vick Jim Plunket Ken Dorsey Steve Walsh Flutie Leinart Major Harris Tommie Frazier Marino
His leadership skills are what puts him over the top.
