Yeah, I struggled to fill my request box without repeating the same author. I have about 50 CDs that I could let them burn to help them out. Only 1 Todd Snider? What's up w/ that?

Do you guys realize that this whole site is run by two people, Cara and Daniel? They run it out of a small room in their home with equipment that they purchase on their own. Up until about 3 months ago, there wasn't even a subscription to pay on. Alot of the music on here is from their personal cd collection, the rest is submitted by the artists themselves. Honestly, I'm a little disappointed in you guys. You are getting alot of exposure from RFT. I see people in the chat room every night talking about your music, which, by the way, most of them had never heard until they heard it on RFT. Checked the membership lately? Almost 21000 ppl on RFT. That's alot of heads to keep in order which is one of the main reasons they TRY to keep the forums in order.

I really don't think anyone has complained, especially not over on RFT. We have made observations about the site being slow on this forum; but most of us have purchased subscriptions to the site and participate in the forums, vote, listen, and request songs. I can't speak for everyone but I like RFT and appreciate the work they do.

my mistake...i just thought it was a good idea to give you guys the inside scoop on how the place is run....they do an excellent job for the man power they have. great group of people over there.

Thanks for the inside scoop. I didn't know they were just a two person operation. I agree, everyone I have ever delt with on RFT has been really nice.
