So I called in to Aggie 96 to request AC and this is how the convo went.
Jock- Aggie 96
Me- Can I hear AC by RP
Jock- Rodney Parker huh, did you call in earlier this week?
Me- Yeah, I called Monday afternoon.
Jock- You sound like a big fan, would you want a cd
Me- Sure
Guy in background- Rodney Parker, is he any good
Jock- Yeah, he is real good, you want me to get you a cd to check out.
Guy- Sure
The guy in the background is Jeff Spar. He is a singer/songwriter in CS and also works at a bar called Alfred T. Hornbacks. On Wednesdays the have something called Hornback Hump Days. They have live music and get a pretty good crowd for the summer time. Jeff is the guy that does the booking for the show from what I understand.
Later in the show the jock and Jeff are talking about Hornback Hump Day and the jock has a list of artist that he thinks they should get. This is how that convo went.
Jock- I would like to see this person and this person(I can't remember who he said).
Jeff- Yeah both of them are very good.
Jock- Also, RP50Pr would be great.
Jeff- You were talking about them earlier, are they pretty good?
Jock- Definitely, I saw them at Best in Texas and they put on a great show.
Jeff- I'll have to look in to that.
I was so excited I almost ran off the road. This would be freaking awesome.
