Bad move by Cuban. He is a great young coach and will not be out of a job for long.

I am willing to bet you are just repeating something you have heard on a talk show or read in the paper. I know we have been in this little argument plenty of times, but come on...

You may be right... but I'm not going say this... I have not only watched games after games but also gone to plenty... enough to see how he treats the players. things you have NOT done because you are not a Mav's fan. I dont feel like explaining to you why and how i think he over coaches this team when you are not at ALL interested in the GAME or the TEAM. NBA game that is.
so... you come on.
Dont judge me!

I have no idea if he needs to stay or go, never said I did. I just don't believe for a second that you were sitting in you seat one day, looked up and said "wow, he is just flat over coaching these players." I just think its something you regurgitate from talk shows.

like I said... you may be right about the talk radio part, we all pay attention to what they say. dont act like you dont listen too... but when you go to as many games as I do... and you know I go to a good amount of them... You start paying attention to how he coaches.

umm, I don't buy into one thing those talk radio guys say. With few exceptions, they are freakin pencil neck idiots who have never played sports in their lives.
I still would like some evidence (since you have seen it so often) that he over coaches.

I think overlording would be a better term. Players these days are just a freaking mess and I'm almost to the point where I think championship teams happen by luck and happenstance. The Cowboys didn't go to the next level under Tuna because he was too hard on the players. Wade comes in and allows them to be individuals and the result is the same. Buck was a micromanager with the Rangers and they suck. He's not the answer but Wash is b/c he'll be a player's manager. Well, the result is at best the same...and I think we all believe it's worse. Nellie was maybe too loose with the team and they were undisciplined. Avery comes in, stresses defense and fundamentals, and the result was the same. It's such a crapshoot with players now. Championship teams one year can't seem to grasp the team concept the next year. But I don't think you can overcoach. You can coach to the point where you fry a kid's mind...but if it's too much for him, he's probably not cut out to do the job in the first place.

Oh, let me add the Stars to that list. They win the Cup under Hitch but after a few years he starts to wear on the team and they are mediocre so a change needs to be made. They bring Tippett in and the result has been the same up until the start of the playoffs.
I just think it's odd how all four Dallas teams have experienced the same thing but at different levels.
