Framp mentioned in another thread your 7th grade basketball coaching duty. Is this still on for this year?
If so; will you scrap the Billy G. style and pattern yourself after the great Bobby Knight? Maybe bring a gun to practice and fire a few rounds over their heads during free throw shootin practice. You know; keep 'em loose.

My "strategy" is to foul because most 7th graders can't shoot free throws.
With the last six weeks grades coming out, though, I am taking a hit and losing my 4'6" point guard with a 6'10" mouth. Its making my bench thin.
I usually insert one of these lines:
"hustle, let's get after em!"
"Keep your hands up and feet moving"
"We have GOT to get more rebounds, play big"
"move it around"

I actually use 1 and 2. I wish I had someone big enough to have a fatass. They are all tiny.
They aren't big, but they are weak and slow.
