Since the Cubs clinched the title last week ; do you rest the starters this week and go with a plain vanilla game plan?

Do you bench Peyton Manning this week or let him play and risk injury?

I say put in the unathletic white guys that bring their lunch pale to practice everyday. They have heart.

Absolutley not. We are treating this week like a playoff game. We don't want to limp into the playoffs on a loss. We are just now gelling and are gaining confidence and getting better. You don't mess with something like that. We HAVE to get better this week if we want to make a deep run in the playoffs.

Yeah. Give the boys that aren't blesseed with god-given ath-ah-letic talent a chance to play. Those guys wear their hardhats and are blue collar type players. They are true students of the game.

That's the Coach Taylor way.
How many jayvees are you bringing in for the playoffs to give the impression that you have an arsenal of 120 players to call on at a moment's notice?

1.) We always play the scrubs when the game gets out of hand.
2.) That is not the reason you suit the J.V. up. They continue to practice without having a game and they help prepare the starters for the game. Its their reward to dress out. We are bringing up about 10 j.v'ers and 10 frosh. Its great exerience for them.

Our manager doesn't do the laundry. Our OC does.
No, they wear the varsity jerseys from 3 yrs. ago. You can't tell a difference. Their helmets, however, do not have the decals on them.

Your OC does the laundry? WTF? I hope he gets a stipend for that.
Glad to see you don't let those scrubs wear the exact thing the varsity does.
