 I need a damn Venn diagram to keep up with some of you guy's position on Hamilton. The guy is a fraud and a self admitted liar and sneak. He will ultimately bring down this team. Cut ties and move on. |

For the record, I only defended him from the offset based on the information we were given. I wasn't a fan of the initial dogpiling based off assumptions and rumors. As more comes out it appears their assumptions were correct but it still doesn't make it right to judge based off assuptions or lack of evidence.
On a similar note I have a #32 authentic Rangers jersey on ebay for $50. Use the "buy it now" function.

I believe I am pretty clear on my stance:
The guy messed up. Doesn't mean he isn't sincere in his profession of faith. It means he is human. I forgive him. I feel sorry for his family. I hope he stays healthy and hits 40 HR, has 140 RBI, and wins the AL MVP.

This I think this was just to avoid arbitration. I think they will still try and knock out something that is longer. But I sure am glad we at least have him this year.

Yeah, I was surprised at the one year deal too but I guess they're wanting to see if last year wasn't a joke and he's trying to maximize his potential. From what I gather both sides weren't ready to commit to a long-term deal just yet. I hope his ankle is ok. As one who suffers from chronic ankle roll I can attest that the pyschological recovery takes much longer than the physical.
