Any list that doesn't put miami at number one is a joke.
That being said, A&M is on every single dirty program list ever released. We used to cheat a lot, just like everyone else in the SWC.

The SWC is the cheatingest conference in the NCAA. Arkansas defects to the SEC. The SEC,in turn, becomes the cheatingest conference in the NCAA.
