Looked like the players were really relaxed last night. I liked the camaraderie I saw in the dugout. MY looked happier than I have ever seen him.
One of the callers on the Ticket yesterday told a story about Texiera that sheds some light on his personality. He said that during batting practice the players call home runs. If they don't hit one on that pitch it cost them money. Well, a reporter asked Tex if he participated in this and Tex said "no, when I come to the ballpark I am all business".
Jerk.

Yeah, I heard about that too. I guess he doesn't like doing push-ups. They said Kenny Lofton had done the most push-ups on the team.

Kenny was a good guy.
I also would like to see that big lug Gagne' back here next year.

Random...even for me...
Yeah, I think Gagne' is back next year. Kenny's time here should not be overlooked. I think he liked it here and he liked being around young players that he could have an influence on. I think he'd make a good coach one day. A good guy all around.

CJ is greatness but I think they still need to go after Gagne' in the winter. CJ may be my new favorite Ranger. Read his myspace blogs...they are very entertaining. He's probably the most accessable Ranger and loves the spotlight.
