Fischer and Craig, you'll love this...
On the TCU message board, they were talking about how Patterson said that Andy Daulton did really good in his offseason conditioning and put on some muscle and now both QBs are over 215 lbs. which will come in handy against physical teams like Texas.
Then one guy chimed in...FWIW (for what it's worth), James Battle is up to 250 now.
I about died laughing. TCU was really duped on that one.

He is. But he was once a prized recruit of TCU. He quit right before the '05 season...I think.

I saw him out last weekend at Riprocks, and he doesnt look like he is any kind of playing shape.

I would think a QB at 250+ isn't in much playing shape. That's too bad...He had some talent.
