So trading 3 third round picks for to draft Quithy Carter when no other team would touch him until the late 3rd round at the very least was a good idea? That guy had several issues in college and why would Jerry try to bring a personality like that in to replace Troy. All the other GMs around the league let out a collective giggle when they made that move. I'm not saying that the 3 were replaceable but it took way too
long for the team to make the transition from yesteryear to today.
