So Kelly has a friend that annoys the hell out of me that is dating a guy that will get us some tickets. The only catch is that we will be meeting her and this guy there. This woman never shuts up which will go over well with the Red-Panted Olds. Plus, I know for certain that she will not want to walk the course and stay at the high-falutin Pavilion amongst a million Chris-Chris's and Cash's. Hardly anyone of note is even playing the tournament. All this being said, is it even worth going? I was hoping she'd get them before Saturday so that I could just go by myself on Thursday or Friday. Is there anything worse than a gabbing woman at a golf tournament?

I went one time. I had fun.
But I was 20 and had gotten my hands on some beer somehow. I also saw tiger woods and some other top dogs.

I've been lots of times. I like to watch and drink beer. This woman will not shut up.

Then do this:
as soon as you get in, lose them. Circle back around and buy a few brews and enjoy yourself. Make sure you are careful not to run into them again, you can always say taht you tried to call em but didn't get service (there are strict cell phone rules anyways).
Just make sure you drive so as not to get left.

My complex has a shuttle. Good idea. Esp. when they make you check your cell.

It's about 2.5 miles away. It's an advertising ploy.

A PGA tournament draws chrischris's like a corn feeder draws deer.
For your apartment community it's kind of like hunting out of a baited stand.

I've always contended that's not a fair way to hunt. In fact, it's not hunting. It's waiting.
But yes, it's a Chris-Chris convention. That's why I'd prefer to go on Thursday or Friday.

I've never heard of him...which probably means he's playing.

You should follow him throughout the tournament then.

No, you should follow Shooter McGavin.
