Hey all, I haven't been in here in a while but I thought you guys might like to know that the founders of radiofreetexas.org, El Presidente (Daniel) and The First Lady (Cara) are huge fans...they have your cd in their personal cd collection. Cara listens to you guys almost everyday in her car.

You don't remember that? We have been off that train for a while now. Maybe time to make another push?

This is a topic I have a question about: I was born in 1960 (just in time to have to register for the draft and work until I am 67 in order to receive full SS benefits, screwed once again by the man!)Does the decade you grow up in consists of your childhood years or your teenage years?

If you teenage years were in the 70's I dont think you can count that as the decade you grew up. I mean its gotta be hard to remember through all the haze

I say you grew up in the decade where you go through ages 13-20. In that case, teenage years, so Mike actually grew up in the 70's.

Yeah, I agree with Sully.
I would say I grew up in the 90's not the 80's.
The seventies are cooler than the 90's

Way cooler. What do we have in the 90's? Nothing but shitty music and the Real World. Oh, and 3 Super Bowls for the Cowboys.

So I was born in 78. I remember the 80s very vividly. But I spent my teenage years in the 90s. Do I claim my formative years or my teenage years?

I think it's the teenage years. That is your "coming of age" period.

Yeah, I remember the 80's, but was with my parents or someone of adult supervision in all of those memories. Teenage years it is.

I stayed home by myself from 1986 on. I came of age very quickly.
