This weekend's hunting trip was a success. I shot a doe on Sat evening and this buck on Sunday evening. I saw a lot of activity. Sunday morning I probably saw 30-40 deer (mostly does and fawns). I saw 3 nice bucks. This 10 pointer, a nice wide 8 and a huge wide and tall 12. I didn't see the 12 until I was driving back to the camp with this one in the bed of the truck. Almost made me sick. Anyways, I'm proud of him. Let me know what you think.

Close. He was turned at an angle away from me, it entered the other side, right behind the shoulder, but exited a little further back. After I shot him, he doubled over, arched his back real high and coughed. Then took about 5 steps while holding that leg up, and fell over.
