Ok, saddest song..."Angeline" is way up there on the list. "Im Just Dreamin" is sad but I don't care for Fred's voice. This would be a good RP song...great voice RP. I'm going to say "I Love You So Much It Hurts" by John Prine. Sounds like he's fixin to die when he sings that.

Yeah, when I was driving home from C.S. after my dad had his heart attack I heard That's My Job and damn near lost it.

I completely forgot about Todd Snider's Waco Moon about the death of Eddy Shaver. Without a doubt, THE SADDEST country song. I get goose bumps every time I hear it.

That is a good song...Definately not gayer than kenneth coles. The question wasn't what is the saddest song from the best artist.
