Too bad Ozzie retired in '96 he was quite a talented all-around player. Uhh...Ozzie played through 2000 and had a .264 career average and .287 OBP...I wouldn't exactly call that talented... |

No, ozzie def. did NOT play until 2000. He was inducted to the hall in '02, and we all know that he wouldn't have been eligible for Cooperstown until 2005 had he played the 2000 season. He also won 13 Gold Gloves, was the 1985 NL MVP, is 20th All-Time in stolen bases, 36th in games played, top 100 in hits, and top 125 in runs scored. All that while being dizzy from the back flips. Pretty good player if you as me.
