I have decided I am going to go with Paul. I may not agree with everything he believes in, but we can never have it it exactly how we want it. We need less government. That's what he is about. I'm going to roll with that.

I ran across this one yesterday. Thought I'd share...
This might stir your conscience a little, but then again that's what it is supposed to do.

Have to say I agree with Stubbs about Paul. Neal Boortz said something along the same line four years ago. While I agree with most of what Paul has to say, he is way too far to the right to appeal to a majority of Americans.

The main problem Paul has is that he has absolutely zero charisma.
Should it matter? Absolutely not. But the guy is a mousy, goofy looking little old fart that wears clothes that are too big for him. He doesn't look like he leader of the free world.
It shouldn't matter, but it absolutely does.

I don't think he can win, but I like him. Yes, unfortunately all of that does matter to voters. I think Romney has the best chance to get Obama out.
I haven't watched much of the debates that have gone on. I did watch a little last night and it seemed to me that Santorum has basically conceded and is playing for a VP spot with Romney. I think he will get it, too.
I will also note that I don't follow politics as much as I should. I do not always know what is going on or what candidate has what views. I am not proud of it. Politics just beat me down and politicians, the media, and email forwards cannot be trusted.

I don't think he sounds too far right at all. I don't think this is a right/left false paradigm illusion issue one bit.
This is a TRUTH issue. And Truth, is the #1 ENEMY OF THE STATE.
I'll go back to my straight jacket and padded room now.

I don't disagree with you db. Like I said, I think his main problem is his persona Coach, you deal with youth everyday obviously. How are the kids reacting to all of the 24/7 political dog and pony shows? Do you teach anything that deals with critical thinking to the kids or do you have to go verbatim with the programming that is given to you to teach?

Kids don't pay any attention to political stuff.
However, we are supposed to get them to think critically and form their own opinions.

I'm hoping all of the brothas and sistas who voted for the first time in their lives in 2008 don't feel that is necessary again. G

Kids are to worried about the Jersey Shore and skinny jeans. Just wanted to point out that this is coming from a guy who made sure to never miss an episode of the The OC while in college...now back to the topic at hand.

Well I'm gonna drag Fischer down with me then too. At least we drank beer while we watched it.

True, but we also drank beer just about every second we were awake back then, so that doesn't help y'all too much.
