Sports. Cowboys suck. Sports. I'm sick of Jerry. More sports.

Not to beat a dead horse (ok, maybe just a little) I've been telling y'all for years Jerry is clueless. Until he realizes it takes 53 players to win in the NFL the Cowboys will continue to be a joke.

I think I'm on that side of the fence now.

I'm with you. Get a GM in here and sit back and collect your money, Jerry.

Sucks. But agreed. 8-8 better be acceptable from here until Jerry dies.

I guess that's my question. How long are y'all willing to support this team? I grew up a Cowboys fan, but once Jerry signed TO I realized he was a damned fool and there was more joy to be found not giving a damn about the Cowboys. I guess I was just ahead of the curve.
Side note: Only one team in the NFC has less playoff wins in the last 15 years than the Cowboys. That's right, they are the 15th best team in the NFC. And if the Lions make it to the NFC championship the Cowboys will be dead last. America's Team all the way BABY!!!

Don't worry, we know all of those stats. They suck. Don't remind us.
I would like to add someone to my 2012 death prediction list..........

What happened to all of you who loved Jerry just a few years ago?

I am starting to see the error of my ways as well.
But I still think he deserves a bunch of credit for what he did in the 90's. The problem is, though, that this isn't the 90's and there needs to be some major changes.

What had me change my mind was hearing that Jimmy had it written in his contract that he had full control of the roster. That makes me think Jimmy deserves most of the credit for the success of the 90s. I think that is proven when you look at what this team has done since Jimmy left (95 was his team still).

no. 95 was not his team. I never understand why people say that. He was gone.
Also, if you think it was all Jimmy, take a gander at his success at the dolphins.
It was both of them working together. It was the perfect storm and they both needed each other equally.

True. But his football moves and gm work have been incredibly subpar since the early 90s. That is why I don't think a lot of the success then was attributed to him. I see both sides, he'll I used to be more on the side I'm arguing against. I just think Jerry the gm is an idiot.
