Well if OSu loses and both Bama Nd LSU win out I hope the voters are smart enough to let them have a rematch. History shows that they will try and throw a 1 loss OU in the Championship.

yes, I agree. 1 loss Arkansas deserves it more than one loss OU.
But they really need to let there be a rematch of LSU/Bama

Well in my scenario Ark won't have one loss anymore after losing to LSU. So it will be bewteen Bama and OU.... and maybe Oregon who already lost to LSU too. Should be Bama, but voters typically don't want rematch.

good point.
I still think it'll be bama. Arkansas ought to get a pass and get invited to the Sugar Bowl because the other two are in the national title game.

Surely we don't have to watch the Curse of Stoops play out again in a bowl game this year?
Q: Why does Stoops have to eat his cereal on a plate?
A: Because if it's in a bowl he'll lose it.

That's because when you watch Bama and LSU you are watching football on a completely different level. OSU and Arkansas have nice teams. They may even be able to beat a Bama or an LSU given the perfect storm on any given night. But make no mistake about it. The best two teams in the country reside in Baton Rouge and Tuscaloosa. Its not even close. Forecast for Baton Rouge on Friday:

Looks like Ark will get the tie-breaker for the West if they can win this one. Very interesting scenario.
I think a burried story is what a ridiculous situation it will be it a Pac12 south team wins their championship and makes it to a BCS bowl. UCLA and AzSt both have 5 losses. I guess that will be the same as whoever is coming out of the Big East.

During the candlelight service for recently deceased Razorback football player, Garrett Ueckman; Bobby Petrino was quoted as saying:
"At the Uekman's request, we will play that game. To the outside world, we will take the field without No. 88. They could not be more wrong. Garrett will be there ..."
Hell, I'm ready to run thru a damn brick wall.

unknown pending autopsy. Supposedly he was a"good" kid: honor roll, high gpa, all that...but 19 year old athletes don't usually drop dead from cardiac arrest. The story I've heard is he was last seen playing video games in his dorm room around 10:30 am Sunday. His roommate came back around 11:30 and found him unconscious and in cardiac arrest. He was transported to the hospital and never regained consciousness. Pronounced dead that afternoon.

thought I'd go back and put a nice little bow on this thread.
Just a fantastic season for the Razorbacks. 11 wins and topped off with a nice win over the second best team in the Big Texas conference and a top 5 national ranking. Next year will include an easier schedule (Bama and LSU @home) and will include the return of Knile Davis and Cobii Hamilton.
***this just in-Tyler Wilson has decided to return for his senior season***
Bobby MF'ing Petrino enters his 5th season (WHAT? that can't be right. I was assured he'd leave before that!) with his Razorbacks ready to make a run at a national championship.

Hogs go 3-1 MINIMUM in those 4 games.
Mark it down.
