I'm officially anti "Mike and Mike in the Mornings"
I used to think they were decent. I can't stand them now. They are completely ignorant of anything that goes on in the Southern half of the country, and even with the things they "know about" they are generic and boring.
This morning they were saying how awesome it is to have Gameday at Wrigley and what a great matchup it is. Granted, half of the journalists that work at ESPN went to Northwestern so they're biased, but come on.
Golic, in all his knowledge, went on to talk about how there are no other good games this week.
I'm glad there is something better to listen to in the mornings now than those two slaps.
/rant over.

It's extremely tough for a national show to put out good material cause most the stuff they talk about is either fed to them from other people or stuff they might have cuaght on sports center. They can't keep up with everything going on in all sports. Impossible. I'm not too big of a fan of M and M. I used to kind of like Colling Cowherd, but now I think he is the biggest slap and whip of them all. He is an idiot. Huge idiot. And annoying. I try and stay away from the national shows if possible. Ill listen to the DP show at nights sometimes if im in the car after 9.

I understand they aren't going to know everything about all teams in the country. But these to D Bags don't realize that the Civil War is over. I don't think they quite understand that the South is part of the U.S.

Just on the ticket.
I always liked the local over the national. I just didn't have much local while I lived in Brenham.

This game just went from who cares to what the fuck. sports.espn.go.com/chicago/ncf/news/story?id=5824661Only one end zone will be used for offense Saturday at Wrigley Field for the Illinois-Northwestern game because of safety concerns, the Big Ten announced Friday.

So they've been planning this for 18 months and they're just now figuring this out? why couldn't they position the field like they used to when the Bears played there? This game needs an asterisk by it.

right there with ya!
Fischer is well aware of my Art Bell-ish anti WORLD WIDE LEADER stance. They are an agenda driven organization.
West of the Rockies...you're on the air.

I also agree with Fisch that Mike and Mike are just impossible to listen to these days. I used to listen to them quite a bit, but now I don't even waste my time. They are the kings of beating a topic until it is six feet in the ground, and then digging it back up and talking about it again.

Golic's comment is ridiculous. The game of the day is clearly in Starkville, MS. Another example of the anti-Arkansas bias of the WORLD WIDE LEADER.

This game at Wrigley is pathetic. It just looks plain terrible. Talk about bad planning.
Why play the game there? Don't each of those teams have nicer facilities that fit larger crowds. This schtick is killing me.
