in an attempt to yank this thread back on topic:
Fayetteville is going to be rocking this Saturday.
Since Monday, students have been camping out in line to get tickets for this game. That line has since grown to a half mile long with well over 1000 kids camping out (that number should triple by Friday afternoon). Petrino bought pizza for all of them last night and had Mallett and company deliver it. Sounds like a great time.
I think Arkansas can win this game. Will they win? I don't know, but I know they'll be ready and I know they'll give it their best shot. It's been awhile, and it sure feels good to be in this situation again.

Well, shit.
Our dline couldn't get a rush and our lb's couldn't stop that little 6 yard pass on what seemed like a dozen 3rd and 5's in the 4th quarter. They are too big and too talented and too deep for us, this year. Mark Ingram is a man and just a bull to bring down, great speed and power and TREMENDOUS balance. Didn't help matters that we had 3 CRUCIAL interceptions. If we could get any one of the 3 back, I like our chances. I thought we gave a hell of an effort and stood toe to toe with the best team in the nation. Proud to be Hog fan.
DAMMITT!
Anyway, thank God, we have a bye week to prepare for the high flyin'-mighty-fightin' Texas Aggies. We'll need every bit of it.
