It's not so much the people that take it seriously that are gay, but the ones that play it and do well and then think they are smart enough to run an NFL team. Same for the guys that play NCAA for PS3 and think they know everything about college football.

I play the hell out of some NCAA for PS3 and rock that shit and I don't think I know the first thing about college football. You must be talking about highschoolers or something. Fantasy Football is not gay unless you're suggesting that a game inspiring trash talk and drinking beer is gay? Now if it inspired writing poetry and talking about our feelings then yes fantasy football would be really gay.

very good point, Doyle.
But what's gay about fantasy football is when people take it over board. When they get all pissed off about it and when it ruins their day. Its an imaginary game. Get over it.
Its also gay when someone (kind of like finch pointed out) thinks they're a genius because they have a good fantasy team. Who cares?
Bragging about your fantasy team-- definitely fine. In fact, its encouraged. But when people brag about it constantly to people who aren't in their league it gets old and gay.

Then you are obviously not the type of person I am referring to. I used to play NCAA as well, I'm not saying everyone who plays is like that. Just the dumb asses that play and then think 'this ain't so hard, I could be a coach.'

Yea unless you are in the same league with each other, there is no reason to talk about your team and the transactions and trades you have made on they year. Cause aint nobody care.

I agree with both of you for sure. I'm glad I don't know people like that in my fantasy leagues or ncaa. I'm also thinking that if those people are that serious then they probably don't have much of a life anyway.........that reminds me have I told you guys about how I'm 4-0 in my fantasy leagues, man I'm good.

HAHAHAHA! I totally pictured you in the background of a group whispering that to yourself. I got beat by Gore in one league and by Best in the other so I'm not real big fans of either right now.
