my picks have been made and i think i have some confidence in them, but not too much. for real, I've had way too much other stuff going on to even begin to concentrate on picking winners.

No, I meant I usually don't check the weekly standings until Saturday morning when I make the picks. I thought maybe I had some kind of Carnacian week that miraculously vaulted me back into the fold.

That's also what cost me the championship in '07. I had a pretty big lead with 5-6 weeks to go and then I choked it away down the stretch. Started to play not to lose rather than to win, and it cost me. Not this year my friends, not this year.
