I wouldnt say Seattle is one of the worst but Cle and Phil are up there.

Seattle would be awful to me. It rains 300 days a year, its cold, the sports teams are extremely uninteresting, the local colleges suck,etc.

True, but I just see it as a more interesting city than Cle.
