That's a good thing though.

Would have rather seen them resign Marlon Byrd with the Vlad money. Byrd was a leader in the clubhouse and resigning him would have sent a good message to the rest of the team.

exactly. He may do well this year. But I still think the logic behind the move is terrible.

I could understand what you were sayin if we had a bunch of olds on the team but I think he will be good support for what we have.

I don't think you would think any move made by a DFW team would be bad, no matter what.

There are times I will admit it, ubt I don't mind this one. There were plenty I didn't like the past few years with the boys and rangers.

A crowded rotation wouldn't be such a bad thing. More arms in the pen.

IF, and that's a big if, IF the rotation is solid and avoids injuries then the pen should be absolutely phenomenal. I think they are set up for either world domination or bottom-feeding...nothing in between.

Are they really moving CJ to the rotation? This is massive fail, if true.

There's no room for him now that they've signed Cobra. If they sign Sheets then that will push Feliz/Holland out as well.

You can never have enough arms.
Pitchers and catchers will be here before we know it.
