I have 5 closings on my calendar for that day. If I can get them closed before Christmas I might be able to go. I only have three more slated for that week and four January contracts I'm trying to pull into December. The good thing is that this time of year almost every contract is cash...the bad thing is that most of my financing contracts are scheduled to close that last week. I'll see what I can do.

I think the Sun Bowl will be a GREAT game. I said to myself, Self (that's what I go by back home...Self), what game would you get more bang for your buck? Well, Self said the Sun Bowl. There could be in excess of 100 points scored in that game. Stanford has a great offense and NO D. Big Game Bobby might just decide to let his guys loose and run with the Cardinal.
