A doe crossed right in front of me about 30 yds. She looked right at me and kept going.

Little 4 point hopped across in front of me from the neighbor property. Finally a branched antler. May give it til around 1030.

not as bad as paying for it, sitting in a blind for nearly 13 hrs and not even seeing anything.
Keep your head up, champ.

Fischer definitely got the short end of the stick when it comes to hunting so far this year. I was 15 minutes away from the same fate but got really lucky.

Here are some pictures of the hunt this past weekend. Saturday morning. Two bucks heading each other off. The bigger of the two in a better pic Heading to the feeder now. That afternoon. Me in the blind with a CL. The big 10 with busted rack. Look at that brow tine. He's gonna be a good one. And 3 pics of Curly. Damn turkey. Corn theif doe. We set the feeders higher this year to keep away from the hogs and turkey. She will get her corn. And here's what I'm looking for. This is a beast.

great pics.
Julie downloaded finch's deer pics to her computer. I need Finch's photobucket details to get them on the board.

BTW, I would shoot any one of those deer. I especially like Curly. I see why you were tempted to take him. Also see why you passed. Your big one is out there I bet.

You can't see the detail in his rack, but you get the idea why I didn't shoot him.

The track is a monster. Compared to all the other tracks around there, this thing dwarfs them. If I ever see that buck, he's going down for sure.
