For random Ticket musings...
They just took a call from Paul the Damn Viking. I swear I haven't heard from him in 8-9 years. It was a better day when he and JD in Grapevine called in every Monday after Cowboy games.

I bet it will take years. And by that time the thread on Texags will be 1000 pages. Texags is a BCS site. We are just a mid major.

What about the Keller Whataburger remote? Why do they do these remotes at places like that? Do people really go to these things?

Cause there arent many other places they can do a roadshow at 530 in the morning.

The Ticket was built on doing remotes. That is how they became so popular.
I think they do it more out of nostalgia and not forgetting where they came from than necessity now.

I dont think the musers would get much of a crowd at Sneaky Petes from 530 to 10 either.

I think they get a nice fee from doing remotes. I went to one years ago and it's kind of weird watching them talk to each other. This was years ago and Rhyner and Hammer had very little to do with the P1.
I've also been to a couple of Ticketstocks and they were more of a beatdown than anything else. Very crowded, reminded me of the exhibit hall at the fair except with sports radio dorks instead of white trash and the hispanyo.

The funny thing was there were about 3-4 random older WT guys in Romo jerseys there watching him. In the showroom. Real wheels off.
