yeah, chuggers are quarts.
But, I don't know if chuggers are real popular up here. They are in College Station, though.

mind your pints and quarts....meaning take care of your beer and stay outta the fight so you dont party foul and have it spilled. ive never heard of quarts being served...pints, pitchers, etc...damn metric system
