At the risk of bringing this thread back on topic; I did a little recon work this evening and discovered that the Wild West Saloon is located directly across the plaza from the front door of Billy Bob's.

I didn't see anyone around there. The sign outside the building was advertising a happy hour and looked like the place had just been fixed up.
