Pretty much every station that plays Texas country was sent the single, Atlantic City, weeks ago. That doesn't mean that the single has been added to all of their playlists. If it hasn't been added to the station's playlist, it looks to the dj like they don't have it. However, they keep track of those requests, and those requests help encourage the pd to add the single to the playlist.
