I don't like the call because a sac fly would score the run, and potentially save an out if he got the base hit. I like the squeeze as much as anyone, but not a great time to use it, IMO. Elvis can hit. Put a swing on that ball in a hit and run and it's fouled back. No out. Another chance.

Like I said, I don't mind the call. I probably would have done just as Sully said. But that's playing it safe. It's a gutsy call and I don't fault Wash. Did anyone see Murph not tag up on Byrd's long flyout? That was a killer.
