I saw him say it that time with Finch, and then at Dan's one time he said: "I was talking to some dumbass the other day that actually thought this song was true...what an idiot." It was kind of a let down.

Down the river is a great song.. My favorite line of his is "You can't hang yourself, if you ain't got enough rope"... And boy ain't that the damn truth.
