Ryan Perrilloux was dismissed from the team at LSU. This paves the way for former Brenham great, and Coach John Fischer disciple, Jarrett Lee to start at QB for the defending National Champions.
Congrats Coach! This ranks way above Stubbs' club ball days.

Anything that Fischer does ranks way above my club ball days. Are you talking about my Spanish "tutoring" days?

I forgot about that. Well, since you did enable a football player to make it professionally in the NFL, you probably get the upper hand.

Maybe for now but when he wins a MNC it will supercede my accolades.

I, unlike stubbs, had nothing to do with Jarrett Lee's BAMFness.
He should have a shot at the job, though.

It's either him or a walk-on transfer from Harvard. Yes, Harvard.

Found this article about Perrilloux.
"Former LSU quarterback Ryan Perrilloux has hired an agent after being dismissed from the team for repeated rules violations and brushes with the law. While the exact reason for Perrilloux’s dismissal has not been confirmed, his past transgressions have included investigation of counterfeiting, providing false I.D. to enter a casino, causing a disturbance at a restaurant and numerous missed classes and workouts."
"Contacted by phone, agent Gus Felderman said that interest in his client has been very strong and that Perrilloux has narrowed his options down to two offers. “Ryan plans on spending this weekend with his family and hopefully come to a decision by Monday. While time is definitely an issue, he needs to weigh the pros and cons of each offer and come to a sound decision that will be the best for himself and his family. While Burger King has offered him his preference of 2nd shift so he doesn’t have to get up so early, the free meal plan at McDonalds is something that you cannot overlook. He loves the cookies.”

I wouldn't be surprised if Ole Miss hasn't offered him a scholorship by now.

he already snubbed t.u. when he was in high school.
He would have fit in well there. He would have been arrested 7 times, but would still be on the team and would probably be a star.
He made a bad career move to go to lsu.
