Ok, so when Tiger is 50 and not as good as anyone else, he's going to be a pussy momma's boy?
He has 4 titles. This will be Jimmy's 2nd.

Jimmy is only 3 years younger than Jeff. Jimmy's success can be directly attributed to his crew chief. Chad Knaus is the best in the biz at keeping up with the track and knowing how the car will respond to certain situations. If Jimmy was in Jeff's cars the last two weeks, there's no way he could have piloted them to top 10 finishes. His cars were junk and he's about the only one that could get them to finish where they did. Unfortunately 6 of the last 10 races are on tracks that don't lend themselves to much racing. The car setup is more important than the driver. On the short tracks, road coarses, and restrictor plates, Jeff can race cirlces around Jimmy.

You will make an excuse for anything in the world.
You only hear all that "rationalizing" from losers.

I guess you believe they could train a monkey to drive the car? Or maybe the cars should be piloted by the crew chiefs with radios? If car setup is so important; what separates NASCAR from the guys over at the River Oaks Slot Car track?

$$$$$
I'm not saying that the intermediate tracks are as bad as the F1 and Indy cars but the driver doesn't have to work near as hard as on the other tracks. The only exception being the Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte which is a marathon.

So Jeff would win if he had a better crew cheif? Maybe he should hire a new one then?

Sounds like Jeff can use all the help he can get? Maybe that kid at the River Oaks slot track could use a new gig?
Matt- You should rename your dog.

Yeah, name him after a real athlete instead of a glorified go cart jockey.

They are athletes. Carl Edwards rode his bike from his home in Missouri to the Kansas race...something like 200 miles. Then goes out and runs two races over the weekend. Granted very few could actually go out and play any of the 4 majors but they are still athletes.

The kid claims Carl Edwards borrowed his Dad's hauler in order to "meet" one of his more attractive female fans. Stay classy, Carl!
