It depends. Some do, some don't. Miami and FSU only went seven on Sunday.

The Big 12 has a rule that if the Sunday game goes past a certain time they have to call the game so the kids can make it back in time for class on Monday, which is their only day off during the week.
This almost happened to the Ags on Sunday against Gaylor but we scored a run at 6:13 and got them three up three down in the bottom of the 11th to end the game right before 6:30, which was the cutoff time.
We have also run ruled two teams this year b/c we were beating them by ten or more after the seventh, and they called the game so the other team could get back.
