Wow...they deleted my comments. I guess they were too harsh. I called Brusard Brusuck.

Here's what I posted on another board:
I try to give Wash the benefit of the doubt but the guy is KILLING ME!! In the second inning with two on and Murph at the plate, he bunts the runners over.
1. They already had 4 hits in 1+ inning off Wakefield. 2. Murphy strikes out a lot but also makes good solid contact and leads the team in 2Bs. 3. He's a lefty and will pull the ball on Wakefield, thus a groundball to the right side will have the same effect as a sac bunt.
and most unnerving of all, #4. It's WAY to early to be playing for one run against Boston on the road. You have to play for the big inning in that situation. Yes, the run did score but I'd rather see these guys go down swinging aggressively than bunting back to the pitcher.
He's just making some dumbarse decisions that blow my mind. With a 3 run lead in Tor the other night, he empties his bench by the 7th inning and has no matchups for the 8th and 9th after the bullpen blows the game. He is getting out managed in almost every facet of the game.
Lastly before I go home and shower the stench of today's loss off, I thought taking CJ out in the 8th was a VERY dumb move. I know CJ didn't get anyone out, but here's my point. He's your FREAKING CLOSER, is he not?! When your closer is in, you don't have situational matchups. Who cares if the next guy was a righty? You're paying CJ, above everyone else, to take the ball and get guys out every time. He's the guy you want to count on the most and by taking him out, you basically tell him he's not your guy. Stupid. Stupid. Stupid. That is a very fast and easy way to lose the respect of your team. And it wasn't even as if CJ was sucking it up. He made some very good pitches and probably got screwed on a few that would have ended the inning.
It's time for Wash and JD to go. Hicks needs to sell the team. W needs to get with his buddies come next January and buy the team again. The product on the field may not be better but at least you'll have someone that cares calling the shots.

I take it all back. They aren't that bad. Good hitting. Good fielding. Good pitching. Good baserunning. Good coaching. This team has Wild Card race written all over them.

Aggies swept their 4th straight Big 12 series over the weekend. You guys should just start pulling for them.

Frogs and Ags play next week at Lupton. Should be a good matchup.

Yes it should. Still plenty of bad blood from the '90s. If we are lucky maybe we will see some bench clearing action.

Well, the last meeting the Frogs had their asses handed to them so hopefully they'll have a humble approach.

they will both start their scrubs. the Ags have way too much going for them in c0nference play.
that said, I will take the ags in this match up.

TCU has a game the next night against UTA so I'd think they'd play their starters Tuesday and rest them Wednesday. They have a home series against Utah over the weekend and Sunday's starter my start against A&M to get some work in.

Very true fischer, but I don't think we have lost a Tuesday game yet this year so our scrubs are still pretty damn good.

TCU took a 1-0 lead to the 8th over OU last Tuesday and ended up losing in 12 or so.
