I saw Wisconsin's schedule a few weeks ago and almost threw up. What a stinking joke. Miami tried like hell to get the Charleston Southern game changed but couldn't find anyone decent to take the game. They even inquired w/ TCU but the MWC thought it would be smart for them to start the season in conference w/ UNM...

No, it was widely discussed on the TCU and Miami boards by people close to the program. TCU was hesitant from the beginning b/c Miami wasn't offering much money and there was no TV guarantee but they were open to discussion.

There are a few guys on there that actually do. I can see where they wouldn't at a big school but the guys on there don't divulge too much.
