I used to roam around Denton quite a bit... I remember Rick's on the square was "The Place" to be... After it burned down, we started going to the Groovy Mule... Is that place still there?

It's a wrastlin' place now. Has been for several years. I remember seeing Pat Green at Rick's way back when. All the greats swung through the Groovy Mule until the owner sold. It was a better day.

Dan's is the best place in DFW to catch a show. Denton is badass.

I would say that Rod's back porch is the best place to see a show...especially if Coach Fischer is on the bill.
