Here's what happened. The scorer originally gave Melhuse the error. Then he decided Young should have covered 2nd. After further review, it was revealed that Kinsler should have covered 2nd. Ian is one knuckleheaded ballplayer.

You were wrong when you said the fielder doesn't get charged with an error for not covering the base.
