Enjoyed the great game yesterday at beautiful Lupton Stadium located on the TCU campus. Frogs won a close one 2-1 over the Ole Miss Klansmen Rebels.
Attendance was a little low. Seems like true TCU fans would support the team??

Great weekend for the Frogs. Took 2 of 3 from the #2 Rebs. Had a chance to sweep in game one but didn't capitalize on opportunities. The pitching wasn't spectacular but they certainly got the job done. Attendance was low Sunday b/c Saturday was one of the most attended days in school history.

I don't understand how Saturday's attendance affects Sunday's?

Saturday was a double-header. I'd think that people would rather get 2 for 1 than 1 for 1.

Yeah, that ticket is $8. I guess that is pretty expensive for the average TCU fan.

Plus, TCU fans are notoriously NASCAR crazy...

So, Matt which game did you attend? Or are you not a Horned Frog athletic supporter?

I really wanted to go but had a wedding and my grandfather's b-day Saturday. Sunday I had too much to do before going to the Stars' game.

Ahhhh. So; the priority list is:
1. Family events
2. Preparation for STARS games.
Last. Support the university I claim to be a fan of.

Kelly's friend invited us to a suite. I couldn't pass that up. I listened to most of the game on the radio if that counts for anything. Besides, I got to hang out with Craig Ludwig for a while after the game. He sat next to me and had a beer. Nice guy.

Well of course. I am glad you and all the northern transplants enjoyed your ice hockey game over the great American pastime.
What true Texan goes to a hockey match contest game over a baseball game?

Mike, it's not a matter of picking hockey over baseball...it was an economic decision. The AAC is 15 minutes away and the tickets were free.

I would disagree. Looks like a matter of hockey>baseball.
You should be ashamed.

Plus I got to hang w/ a Stanley Cup champion. I hate the Stars but that was pretty cool.
