Not that you guys care, but I thought I would let you know. The Brenham Cub soccer team is rolling through district now. We are through our first round of games and our play keeps getting better and better.
The standings after the first round are as follows:
Brenham 7-0-1 23 pts
Kingwood Park 6-1-1 19 pts
Waller 6-2-0 18 pts
Willis 5-2-1 16 pts
Huntsville 3-4-0 9 pts (game in hand)
New Caney 3-5-0 9 pts
Montgomery 2-4-1 8 pts (game in hand)
Caney Creek 1-7-0 3 pts
Navasota 0-8-0 0 pts
We take on Kingwood Park tonight. This will be an extremely entertaining match. Should be full of plenty of attacking play. A win by us tonight helps to put some more separation between us and the rest of the pack.
