Wow, very impressive first drive. I'm impressed by A&M's speed on defense...just can't quite get to Wright.
Wow, Calais Campbell just got laid out chasing McGee. Now, 44 was trailing behind. Fischer, is that something that 44 should have given notice about? Should a guy in that position be responsible for yelling something out? Kind of like when two outfielders are headed to the wall and one tells the other he has room?
A 3 yard pass won't get you a first down on 3rd and 6...

The Aggie message boards are in an all time meltdown right now. People are pissed. I am pissed. We suck. There are people saying the ags should hire everyone from Jimmy Johnson, to Howard Schnellenberger, to Bo Pelini. These people have gone off the deep end.
This made me laugh out loud:
"What about Lou Holttph? I've been theeing him give hith peptalkth on E.ETH.P.N. during halftime of the thurthday night gameth ... he would really make our playerth reach for the starth!!"
This made me laugh really hard.

Well, Fran's antiquated offense can't hang with Miami's DE's. No one has been able to run the option on Miami since Bucknell in the 1935 Orange Bowl. TCU's OC is a Fran castoff and loves to call the same kind of game. Wouldn't that be the most boring game in the history of ever?

haha, no. I like watching defensive games and pound it out offenses. But that is just me.
You are right, the offense got exposed, and the defense is as bad or worse than we feared they might be.
We aren't getting any better...THAT is what I question. Not the calling, not the scheme. We are just as bad or worse than when Fran took over 5 yrs ago.

I thought it was going to crash during the game. There was some really funny stuff on there but the mods were deleting them faster than you could read it. You see, I never was a big fan of fran, even when I worked for him. Check that, ESPECIALLY when I worked for him.
Not that he doesn't know the x's and o's. There is just SOMETHING missing.

I like pound it out defense too but not when the offenses are ugly to begin with.
The defensive line was very confusing. It seemed like they were quick off the ball and backed the OL up, but Wright still had all day. Only A&M could make Wright look like Davey O'Brien.
You're right, they are exactly where they were at when Fran took over. When your either really good or really bad, people will talk about you no matter what...but when you're in the middle, no one cares.

you are right on that one. Except that his voice is so annoying that it would keep you awake.
The d line was whipped...you are right about the D making wright look good. I have seen what he looks like against even an average defense and it ain't pretty.

No, he absolutely sucks. He makes the worst decisions I have ever seen from a Miami QB. His receivers were open all night.
