I still buy CD's. It was one of those deals, where you can never think of the music you want. Yesterday, I finally remembered a bunch of music I wanted, and did something about it.

I hope it is b/c I know exactly who you're talking about. He played on the last record and played for Hank Jr. and Pat Green for a while. Very solid musician.

I wasn't there today for the steel tracking, but I was lead to belive that it would be Milo again doing it. When Rodney gets out of there today, he should be able to confirm. The last cd had a lot of hired guys. This one, I think, the only outside musicians we are Milo Deering, and Adrian, our old drummer, now with Osocloso, did all of the back up vocals. Another thing that is different and cool about this one is that we recorded the bulk of it as a whole band playing together in the same room, where on the last one, we each went in one at a time and played our parts in a little room alone. The new cd is going to sound a lot more like the band actually sounds, which I think is great.

Were there any Blue Oyster Cult moments? Who did Gene Frenkle's part?

Sounds like it should be greatness... Looking forward to hearing it, as well as Stubbs' critique.
