I think when emailing these cats we should also mention that we'd like to hear some of the other stuff from time to time too. They probably won't play it but at least they'll know people want to hear it.

I am working my butt off to get requests in here in the WF area. Most the time I call and it just rings and rings now. I wonder if they have caller id and are screening my calls. Instead of talking they just see my number and know that they better play Atlantic City or I won't stop calling til they do.

I was wondering about that today. Would it be ok to ask about other songs or should we just stick with AC for now?

I called KTEX and they played AC during the lunch hour. I tried calling KAGG but their line has been busy all day and KORA won't pick up their phone.

I think it's ok every now and then. From what I gather, they are going to have some trouble getting the other songs some air play and the more they are requested the more likely PDs will add it to the play list. Also, not all of our requests are going to be honored anyway. They may only want to play it once a day or once a week so it can't hurt anything.
