I have stopped requesting Atlantic City, yet when it plays sometimes it still says I requested it. Could this be from like 2 days ago?

I made two requests early yesterday morning and one was played within an hour and the other one's ETA kept going up like crazy.

yeah, I think its a crapshoot.
I have the premium package and my songs still take 4 days to play. I haven't noticed any change at all except that I can request a bunch more songs.
