Here's some general request guidelines from RFT:
Rotations rules state that we do NOT play the same track, title, or album within 180 minutes and we do NOT play the same artist within 120 minutes.
Our queue is first in, first out. Since we follow the guidelines of the rotation rules some songs may stay in the queue for a while.
By these rules, RP50PR can only play every 120 minutes...and that is if we make a request from each album. If we are requesting all The Lonesome Dirge songs, then they will only get played every 180 minutes. When a song you have requested plays, it is cleared from your request list, therefore you can request it again, as can everyone else.
Since it's first in, first out...the number of requests you have pending does not come into play.

Now, how many requests have you had played? A number. It tells you right under your que how many songs you have had played on air.
