I am far from a techno-nerd but in no way am I technologically illiterate...but I have the worst luck with technology. I was on with them for an hour and a half and Marcus couldn't figure it out. So now, I will be getting a call from a senior technician in the next hour or so. It was a better day when there was no technology...right mike?
