I think it's the combination of biscuits AND gravy. When you have bread, you need something sweet to contrast it. Gravy just doesn't do the job. You might as well have pancakes and gravy.

biscuits and gravy=genius. But to make it truly complete you have to have sausage eggs and cheese between said buscuit and the gravy topping. And yes, a higher plane is reached when the whole thing is covered in hot sauce.

Biscuits and Gravy are amazing. I don't even know what a blintz is. But there ain't know way it tastes better than biscuits and gravy. You are not southern at all. Blintz=ghey food

It's not that its bad, it just is on down the list as far as choices go. Now, I'll do the McMuffin type thing w/ a biscuit. Rod is right about the meat though.

Actually, nothing owns the list more than a good old fashioned bowl of Frosted Flakes perfectly soaked for about 3 minutes. At about 90 seconds, I'm ready like the Pope on his wedding night.
